Melt fracture cleared at 2 % — 249 PFAS substances screened by a third-party laboratory, all below 0.01 mg/kg.
Typical values for the standard version. Tolerances and test methods are listed in the TDS.
A polymer processing aid built on a non-fluorinated polymer. A conventional PPA works by laying down a low-surface-energy film on the die and die lip; this grade builds that film from a non-fluorinated polymer instead, so no fluorinated processing aid enters the pellet. The grade is screened to 249 PFAS substances by a third-party laboratory and every one came back below 0.01 mg/kg; the report is available on request. What that report says is a test result on a submitted sample, not a product certification.
| System | Non-fluorinated polymer |
| PFAS screen | 249 substances, all below 0.01 mg/kg |
| Typical dose | 1 – 3 % |
| Melt fracture | Cleared at 2 % in mLLDPE |
| Die pressure | −15 – 25 % |
| Carrier | PE / mLLDPE |
Typical values, for reference only — not a specification and not part of any contract. What binds us is the specification confirmed in writing on your order, and where a sample has been approved, that sample governs. Send us your resin, process and target value and we will confirm the exact figure before you set a production parameter.
Common to every grade we make. Where a grade differs — active content, carrier, colour — the difference is stated on its own data sheet.
| Appearance | Free-flowing pellets |
| Active content | 15 – 30 % (grade dependent) |
| Moisture | ≤ 0.10 % |
| Volatiles | ≤ 0.30 % |
| Agglomerates | ≤ 3 per 1,000 g |
| Heat stability | Grade dependent — see grade data sheet |
| Bulk density | 0.55 – 0.75 g/cm³ |
| Packing | 20 kg PE bag · 25 kg on selected grades |
| Shelf life | 12 months, sealed and dry |
The table above describes the grade family. The figures for your lot are on the COA that travels with it, and the release value is measured on that batch.
If your part is not listed, send a drawing or a photo — we have probably run something close.
Removes sharkskin and melt fracture without a fluorinated additive.
Extends die cleaning intervals several times over.
Restores output on PCR-heavy blends.
Grade documents are issued per grade and travel with the lot. ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 are held by our production site, not by the grade.
FOB Ningbo to any port. We can book the vessel and handle the documents if you prefer.
A conventional PPA is a fluoropolymer. This grade is built on a non-fluorinated polymer and screened to 249 PFAS substances, all below 0.01 mg/kg, which is what markets restricting PFAS ask to see. Be clear about what that means: it is a laboratory result on a submitted sample, not a certification of the grade.
Yes. Residual fluoropolymer in the die delays the effect. Run a purge compound, then dose at 2 % for the first hour.
A stable COF in thin LDPE film, without the haze you get from over-dosing slip alone.
→Six-month drip retention in agricultural film at 3 % dose.
→Surface resistivity 10⁹–10¹¹ Ω in PE and PP film, held over a long service life at low dose.
→Tell us the resin, the process and the target performance. You get a grade recommendation, a landed cost to your port and a sample plan.
