Every grade is made to order: 15–20 working days from confirmed specification. A custom formulation runs 25–30 days including the trial batch. Samples ship in about 3 working days.
Anywhere we can reach FOB from Ningbo. Transit is shortest to Asian ports — a week or less — but we quote to the Middle East, Europe, Africa and Latin America just as readily. Nothing about the grade changes with the destination.
A batch COA travels with every pallet. REACH and RoHS declarations are issued per grade, UL94 reports for the flame retardant grade come from the test laboratory, and ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 are held by our production site. Tell us the standard your customer requires and we will confirm what can be issued for that grade. What we do not do is print a certificate before it exists.
That is what the 1 kg sample is for. Send the resin, the process and the target value and we will recommend one grade rather than a list.
Judge the process rather than the label. We write the specification, we check every batch against your approved sample before it is released, and the export documents are issued in our name — so the party you pay is the party answerable for the container. If you want to see where your batch runs, we arrange a video walk-through before you order, and you are welcome to join any third-party inspection we book.

No, and we would rather say so than let a table on a website become a promise we never made. Every figure — loading rate, active content, surface resistance, service life — is a typical value for the standard grade, published so you can shortlist. The specification that binds us is the one confirmed in writing on your order, and where a sample has been approved, the approved sample governs. If a delivered batch falls outside that, the claim is with us: that part we do not disclaim. No warranty of fitness for a particular purpose is given, because the result also depends on your resin, your line and your settings — which is why we send 1 kg before you order.
