What binds us is the specification confirmed in writing on your order, and where a sample has been approved, that sample governs. Send us your resin, process and target value and we will confirm the exact figure before you set a production parameter.

The table above describes the grade family. The figures for your lot are on the COA that travels with it, and the release value is measured on that batch.

Grade documents are issued per grade and travel with the lot. ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 are held by our production site, not by the grade.

We test surface resistivity after 30 days and after a water rinse, and we quote against the service life you state. If a grade has to hold longer than the standard one, say so before we quote rather than after.
At the recommended dose the seal strength drop is small and corona treatment behaves normally. Above that we recommend a trial on your line.
