An APP-based intumescent package that chars instead of dripping. No halogen, no antimony, low smoke density. Formulated for PP homopolymer and copolymer used in conduit, housings and cable compounds.

No. The char former and acid source are in the same pellet. Adding a separate synergist usually hurts the balance.
It is a typical result in homo PP at 1.6 mm, not a certificate. UL94 depends on your section thickness, colour and processing, so we confirm it on a trial lot before you set the specification.
