Peel force 3–8 N per 15 mm with no fibre tear — cup, tray and dairy lidding.

A cohesive peel system for the sealing layer. The failure happens inside the seal layer rather than at the interface, so the lid lifts cleanly and leaves no fibres or film fragments on the cup.

Grade documents are issued per grade and travel with the lot. ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 are held by our production site, not by the grade.

Peel force is set by dose and by the sealing layer thickness. Tell us the target in N/15 mm and the layer structure, and we will quote the dose rather than a grade range.
At 85 °C for 30 minutes, yes. Above that the seal layer needs a different carrier — tell us the process before we quote.
